I graduated in 2000 from Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle WA and started a Wellness Center with other massage therapist, a spa and a Yoga Studio

I specialize in injury and pain management

I use a variety of techniques to each individuals needs including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Light Stretching and Myofacial Release

When I’m not working I enjoy living here in Twisp WA, hiking, biking, skiing and spending time with family and friends
